The Story of Our Centenary Olive Trees
This mosaic, preserved in the El Jem Museum, stands as a vivid testament to the central role of olive cultivation and olive oil in the history of Carthage and Rome in Tunisia. From the vast Carthaginian olive groves to the Roman estates of Africa Proconsularis, olive oil was a symbol of wealth, trade, and daily life. It nourished households, illuminated homes, and reflected the prosperity of a sun-blessed land. Through this artwork, we rediscover a timeless craft whose legacy continues to shape the cultural pride of Tunisia today.
Our Story
Dear visitors from all corners of the world, I created this olive oil brand for two reasons:
- The first is to pay homage to my father, a man who practiced agriculture since the 1960s, before the advent of mechanization and then technology. He spent long days, enduring cold, rain, and heat, with a heart full of joy and love for his olive trees. He spent time with the olive trees, as if they were his children. His care for these olive trees created unique trees that represent a link between our generations. The results of his efforts will bear witness for generations to a man who dedicated his entire life to producing exceptional olive oil.
- The second reason is to offer you the wonderful gift of an extraordinary fruit, carefully processed with the utmost elegance, knowledge, and expertise. Our olive oil has historically stood the test of time, its presence in your hands from the Roman Empire to the present day.
